Loving beyond one, with all of who we are.
PolyamKinfolk is a community for folks of the global majority who are exploring, practicing, or quietly curious about ethical non-monogamy, and specifically polyamory, and want to bring our full histories into the room. It centers elder millennials, Gen X folks, and those of us who were raised deepest in the old scripts, and are waking up to a different relationship to pleasure, desire, and loving differently.
We ask real questions here.
How does being who we are change what ENM and polyamory feels like, what it costs, and what it asks of us?
How have colonialism, patriarchy, and white supremacy seeped into the way we love?
What could kinship look like if it were actually built to hold us?
Building Possibility Together
I’m Josie, a polyamorous spiritualist, writer, and relational therapist. I’m building polyamkinfolk because I couldn’t find a community at the intersection of ethical non-monogamy, global majority identity, and critical consciousness, made for elder millennials and Gen X who were raised on the old scripts and are choosing to relate to pleasure, desire, and love on their terms.
My intention is tofree education, gatherings online and in person, and deeper learning spaces for those who want them.
