Hiya! I’m Josie.

Outside of my role as a writer and therapist, I’m a strategist for spiritually-integrated therapists, helping their business embody the soul of their work.

I've always been a strategic thinker with a knack for words and translating vision into structure. It’s how I’m naturally wired with a Virgo Mercury, and in my 10th house, it’s part of my career and public-facing roles.

It helped me build a six-figure cash-pay practice and later, a group coaching program where I taught over 100 therapists how to do the same. I have years of experience in marketing and business strategy specifically for therapists.

But my why goes beyond ability or outcomes.

The healers this moment in history is asking for are already out there, but too many of them are invisible, hiding in plain sight.

Strategy Intensive

A full-day bespoke container where we’ll focus on the architecture of your practice.

Whether that's messaging and positioning, offer and container design, practice structure, or strategic clarity on your next evolution, you’ll get the support you need all in one focused session.

By the end of our intensive, you'll have clarity on what you're building, what to say, who it's for, and how to move forward. We'll use astrology and human design as strategic tools so what you build is designed around your actual rhythms and capacity, not arbitrary methods or timelines.

We'll start with a deep dive conversation - not just a survey - because your medicine is most alive in how you talk about your work: what you light up around, what you're still figuring out how to say, the pause before you describe what you actually do. I know how to listen for all of it.

  • Yes. Part of strategic clarity is knowing how to communicate your work in ways that honor both your spiritual truth AND your professional responsibilities.

  • AI can’t hear the thing you’re not saying. It can't feel the tension between how you practice and how you’ve been presenting yourself. It can't write for someone whose work lives at an intersection that doesn't have established language yet because AI is trained on what already exists.

    I’ve also walked the path you’re on. I know the strategy challenges that come with this territory because I've solved them in my own practice and for other therapists like you.
