Every journey with us begins with a targeted birth chart reading because your chart holds information about relational patterns, attachment wounds, and soul contracts that a traditional intake could never capture.
From there, we weave ancient wisdom tools like tarot, breathwork, and ancestral healing into every aspect of our sessions alongside evidence-based modalities.
Some sessions may lean more mystical - pulling cards to understand what's unfolding, working with breathwork to process what words can't reach. Others may feel more clinical - identifying patterns, building communication skills, addressing trauma responses. Some will be a beautiful mix of both.
Whatever we do, we follow what you need, and it’s always in service of your relational goals.

It's common for partners to enter therapy with different levels of readiness or enthusiasm. Part of our work together will include creating a safe space where both of you can engage at your own pace. That said, the most powerful change happens when both partners are willing to examine their contributions to relationship patterns. I can help navigate different commitment levels while respecting where each of you is in your journey.

Yes. As someone who has navigated deep wounds in my own family relationships, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to address long-standing pain. The journey isn't about erasing the past but recognizing that love can exist alongside pain. Our work together honors both the difficult history and the possibility for transformation. Even relationships marked by years of disconnection can evolve into something more nuanced and generous when approached with courage and compassionate guidance.

Weekly and virtually. In order to build a meaningful working relationship and build momentum around your desired transformation, expect to meet weekly. Note that biweekly and monthly sessions are reserved for existing clients who are approaching the end of our work together and are tapering off their session frequency.

It depends. Healing takes time and looks different for everyone. While meaningful progress can happen in a few months, lasting change typically takes longer. We see individuals for a minimum of 3 months to develop a strong therapeutic relationship and give you time to practice what you learn in sessions. Folks work with us for an average of 12-18 months.

Our care model provides scaffolded support that begins with weekly sessions ($350/session, up to 75 min) for the first 3 months.
Then, we transition to a monthly rate model ($1,400/month) that includes weekly sessions and between-session support, which is based on what works best for you.
This mirrors how relational capacity is actually built - with ongoing feedback and connection, not just weekly insight.
-
The first couple of sessions are an opportunity for us to understand what’s bringing you to therapy more deeply and who you are outside of this challenge.
-
For a birth chart reading, we’ll map out how your astrological placements translate to behavior, gifts, and challenges, as well as clues about paths for your healing. Initially, we’ll focus on the areas of your chart that pertain to what’s bringing you to therapy. Similarly, for ancestral mapping, we’ll connect with well and wise ancestors or other spirit guides that are available to support you in the same way.
These methods often reveal insights that would otherwise take several sessions to uncover, which might be a different experience than what you’ve had in the past.
-
Not necessarily, but we do recommend keeping notes on your journey. Whether that’s in a journal or voice note or video journaling, keeping track of your becoming can be a beautiful gift to yourself.

The real work happens outside of our sessions through naturally embodying the insights we uncover together. Our philosophy is not to add formal assignments on top of that natural process. That said, if you feel like you need accountability outside of our time together, we can explore structures that feel supportive.
