Absolutely. This work transforms all relationships, including the one with yourself, which is the foundation for every other connection in your life. Whether you're navigating family dynamics, friendships, professional relationships, or preparing for future romantic partnerships, the patterns we address directly impact how you connect with others. Many clients find that this work creates a powerful foundation of self-understanding that eventually attracts relationships aligned with their authentic self rather than their protective patterns.

It's common for partners to enter therapy with different levels of readiness or enthusiasm. Part of our work together will include creating a safe space where both of you can engage at your own pace. That said, the most powerful change happens when both partners are willing to examine their contributions to relationship patterns. I can help navigate different commitment levels while respecting where each of you is in your journey.

Yes. As someone who has navigated deep wounds in my own family relationships, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to address long-standing pain. The journey isn't about erasing the past but recognizing that love can exist alongside pain. Our work together honors both the difficult history and the possibility for transformation. Even relationships marked by years of disconnection can evolve into something more nuanced and generous when approached with courage and compassionate guidance.

There are still meaningful ways to work on your relationship even when the other person isn't ready or willing to participate. Many clients find that when they shift their own patterns, their relationships naturally begin to transform, even without the other person's direct participation in therapy. I’d recommend reaching out about individual therapy, honoring both your desire for change and the reality of where others are in their journey.

Weekly and virtually. In order to build a meaningful working relationship and build momentum around your desired transformation, expect to meet weekly. Note that biweekly and monthly sessions are reserved for existing clients who are approaching the end of our work together and are tapering off their session frequency.

It depends. Healing takes time and looks different for everyone. While meaningful progress can happen in a few months, lasting change typically takes longer. We see individuals for a minimum of 3 months to develop a strong therapeutic relationship and give you time to practice what you learn in sessions. Folks work with us for an average of 12-18 months.

We understand that investing in therapy involves both emotional and financial considerations.
By law, we are required to provide you with a Good Faith Estimate under the No Surprises Act, providing you an estimate of expected charges for 12 months. This will be included in the documents you will need to review and sign before you begin working with us.
Beyond this legal requirement, we've designed our pricing to provide additional clarity and peace of mind.
We believe that therapy should be both emotionally and financially sustainable. We also understand that the open-ended nature of therapy can create financial anxiety because you don’t know how long your process will take. This is why we’ve established clear price ceilings for our work together:
For clients beginning therapy in 2025:
Individual Therapy: Starting at $275, with a price ceiling of $350
Relational Therapy (2+ people): Starting at $325, with a price ceiling of $400
This price ceiling provides several important benefits:
Financial Peace of Mind
You can plan for the long-term without worrying about unexpected price increases that might interrupt your therapeutic journey.Transparent Expectations
From day one, you know the absolute maximum you might pay, even if we work together for several years.Commitment to Accessibility
This structured approach reflects our commitment to keeping therapy accessible while maintaining quality care.Long-Term Planning
When beginning therapy, many clients wonder about the overall financial investment. Our price ceiling allows you to calculate the maximum possible investment for your healing journey.
Our rate structure includes:
Annual increases will not exceed $25 per session. Note that rates don’t increase every year, and are only adjusted when necessary.
Price increases reflect ongoing professional development, business costs, and inflation
You'll receive 2-3 months' notice before any rate adjustment
Your rate will never exceed the established ceiling, regardless of how long we work together
This approach allows us to focus on what matters most: your growth, healing, and progress.

The first couple of sessions are an opportunity for us to understand what’s bringing you to therapy more deeply and who you are outside of this challenge.
-
For a birth chart reading, we’ll map out how your astrological placements translate to behavior, gifts, and challenges, as well as clues about paths for your healing. Initially, we’ll focus on the areas of your chart that pertain to what’s bringing you to therapy. Similarly, for ancestral mapping, we’ll connect with well and wise ancestors or other spirit guides that are available to support you in the same way.
These methods often reveal insights that would otherwise take several sessions to uncover, which might be a different experience than what you’ve had in the past.
-
Not necessarily, but we do recommend keeping notes on your journey. Whether that’s in a journal or voice note or video journaling, keeping track of your becoming can be a beautiful gift to yourself.

The real work happens outside of our sessions through naturally embodying the insights we uncover together. Our philosophy is not to add formal assignments on top of that natural process. That said, if you feel like you need accountability outside of our time together, we can explore structures that feel supportive.
