You’ve Done the Internal Work.

Let's build the external architecture that matches.

You know who you are in the room.

Your clients love and experience the full depth of your medicine. But your website, messaging, and positioning haven't caught up, and the people who need to find you, can't.

That gap has a cost, not just to your practice but to the people still searching for a practitioner who won't ask them to leave their spirituality at the door.

They're out there right now, scrolling Psychology Today, settling for someone who might be well-intentioned and helpful, but can't hold all of them. Your visibility is more than a business matter - It's a barrier between your medicine and the people it's meant for.

Let’s change that.

Hiya! I’m Josie.

Outside of my role as a writer and therapist, I’m a strategic advisor for spiritually-integrated therapists, helping their businesses embody the soul of their work.

I've always been a strategic thinker with a knack for messaging and pattern recognition. Maybe it's my Virgo Mercury in my 10th house, but it's helped me build a six-figure cash-pay practice and later, a group coaching program where I taught over 100 therapists how to do the same. I have years of experience in messaging, positioning, and business strategy.

But the reason I do this work isn't just because I'm qualified to do it.

The healers this moment is asking for are already out there, but too many of them are invisible, hiding in plain sight. Some haven't integrated their clinical and spiritual selves yet. Others have, but their external presence doesn't reflect who they've become.

Either way, the world needs you findable, and I’d like to help.

Strategy Intensive

A full-day bespoke container, where we’ll work on what you most need.

Whether that's brand messaging and positioning, offer and container design, practice structure, or strategic clarity on your next evolution, you’ll get the support you need all in one focused session.

For in-person sessions in NYC, we’ll meet in a beautifully curated space in downtown Manhattan or Brooklyn, designed to reflect the intentionality you're bringing to your practice.

By the end of our intensive, you'll have clarity on what you're building, what to say, who it's for, and how to move forward. We'll use astrology and human design as strategic tools so what you build is designed around your actual rhythms and capacity, not arbitrary methods or timelines.

Includes:

  • Pre-work. A comprehensive intake designed to surface the patterns, gaps, and vision we'll build from, so we hit the ground running

  • Strategy Day, Lunch + Snacks. 5-6 hours of focused, immersive time dedicated entirely to you and your practice

  • 4-5 comprehensive, personalized deliverables. Examples include brand messaging guide, offer design framework, implementation roadmap, and other assets customized to what you most need

  • 30-day follow-up support. Email and voice note access to get real-time feedback on your copy, ideas, and implementation as you build

  • BONUS: Personalized astrological and Human Design guide. Leverage how you're naturally wired to build an aligned practice that’s fulfilling instead of depleting

Investment: $2,500 (virtual) | $3,500 (in-person)

Kind Words

I left feeling SO clear on my niche, my website, my 90-day plan — EVERYTHING felt valuable, no exaggeration. The incorporation of astrology and human design was when I felt most seen. The rest is pure business GOLD. Josie helped bring my visions into physical reality with a concrete action plan, and she was a strong, supportive force throughout the session and the integration period that followed. She made things so focused and tangible - 10/10 recommend!

Is This Your Moment?

Strategy intensives are best suited for therapists who:

  • Have done deep identity/personal work, allowing you to show up embodied. You're not discovering if you're spiritual or effective, you know you are. You need help translating that truth into your public presence.

  • Have been in practice long enough to know what works and what doesn't. You're ready to build from lived experience - you've tried different things, learned from the results, and have informed opinions about what you want to do more or less of.

  • Have generated revenue from your practice/business and want to scale strategically.

  • Are clear about your medicine and who you serve best (even if the language needs refinement).

  • Have clinical confidence in the work you do, as evidenced by client results.

  • Are motivated by more than revenue or status. You know building your practice is a soul-level call. This is about integrity with your life's work.

Stories of Transformation

  • In 3 months I was full, and a big part of that was getting really clear on my niche and sharing that with other therapists, who have become a major referral source. Josie helped me see what made my work unique and how to communicate it in a way that attracted the right clients.

    Violet V., LMFT (VA)

  • My monthly income went from $300 to $11,000. I learned that biz-building is hard AF but with the right strategy it's totally attainable. Josie helped me get clear on my vision and structure my practice in a way that actually works for my life.

    Mao B., LICSW (MA)

  • By the end of the year, I'm looking at $100K or little over, just off of 1:1 therapy! Josie helped me get strategic about my positioning and pricing. The program was so helpful in waking me TF up!"

FAQS

  • No. What matters is that your spiritual practice - whatever form it takes - is foundational to how you work as a clinician, not supplemental. Whether you work with tarot, astrology, ancestral practices, energy work, or something else entirely, if it's inseparable from your clinical practice, we'll speak the same language.

  • Yes. Part of strategic clarity is knowing how to communicate your work in ways that honor both your spiritual truth AND your professional responsibilities. I've developed frameworks for this exact challenge - translating spiritual language into clinically sound documentation, positioning your work publicly without board complaints, and building a practice where both identities are protected. We'll address this directly in our work together.

  • AI can't ask the questions from lived experience.

I’ve walked this exact path - from code-switching and compartmentalizing to building a practice that's spiritually integrated at the foundation. I know the strategy challenges that come with this territory because I've solved them in my own practice and for other therapists like you.

AI has it’s place in business-building, and I encourage it, but not for this.

  • No. I help you get strategically clear on the what and why - your positioning, your messaging, your offer architecture. That clarity makes every execution decision easier and smarter, whether you're working with contractors, using AI, or doing it yourself. Strategic clarity is what makes your investment in execution actually work.

  • No long-term commitment required.

After your Strategy Day, you'll have 30 days of follow-up support to troubleshoot and refine as you implement. After that support window, many clients continue implementing independently.

Some clients choose to return for additional sessions as their practice evolves or when they hit new growth phases. Others find they want ongoing strategic support and opt for monthly advisory check-ins to stay accountable and continue refining their strategy over time.

It's completely up to you and what makes sense for where you are. We can discuss options on our clarity call or after your Day.

Are we a good fit?

Let's start with a 45 min conversation. No pressure, salesy, bro-y, fear-mongering tactics here, either. Just a conversation, therapist to therapist-advisor about how to build a practice that honors your medicine and is aligned with who you are at the deepest level. Once you fill this out, you’ll be redirected to my calendar.

Note that I work with a handful of clients each month. Now booking for May 2026.
